At IT Warehouse, we offer a 30-day return policy on most hardware and peripherals to ensure you have the right tech for your needs. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Hardware

  Securely place the item in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of the package, covering any previous shipping markings.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned unit, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
